The candidate will make court appearances on a regular basis; candidates must have significant experience drafting motions, arguing law and motion matters, and taking and defending depositions. Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar. Should be a mid- to senior level associate attorney with 2+ years of experience as an attorney. Family law experience in a law firm setting is preferred. Candidates with significant civil litigation experience in a law firm setting and a demonstrated interest in family law may be considered. Should have substantial client contact. Familiarity with basic business valuation principles, financial statements and tax concepts is preferred.
